In early 2011, Jody Scharfenberger started Campaign Data Apps to help candidates utilize social media to interact with voters and raise money. Mrs. Scharfenberger is a 19 year veteran of the Direct Marketing business, working for such companies as InfoUSA, Acxiom, and MarketsonDemand. In early 2001 she was part of the team that took the startup MarketsOnDemand into acquisition by Acxiom. Some of the clients she has worked with on integrating email into their marketing platforms are Citibank, American Express, JCrew, and LensCrafters. From 1997 thru 2010 Mrs. Scharfenberger gained grassroots political experience assisting in the political promotional company PCSigns.
Since starting CDA, Over 2 million in small online donations raised, 50,000 doors knocked on and data collected thru our Canvassing App, Thousands of SMS names collected, 1 million in Digital Advertising placed, and millions of emails appended and corrected.
In her free time Jody likes to cook, swim, snow ski, and play paddle tennis. She is the proud mom of twins Jack and Charlotte.
